Data Deletion Guide

We are committed to protecting personal data in line with the Singapore PDPA. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email us at root@vcraft.sg with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your name, contact detail, and a short description of the data you want removed.
3. We will verify your request and confirm once the data has been safely removed.

How Long It Takes

We aim to complete deletion within 14 business days after confirming your identity. If we need more time, we will update you.

What We Cannot Delete

We may keep data that the laws of Singapore require us to retain for audits, tax, or legal claims. We will let you know if this applies.
